Jason Withers

With deep roots in this area of Texas, I have over 15 years of real estate experience specializing in residential, commercial, land, and ranch properties. Raised in a multi-generation family of carpenters and growing up in agriculture, I developed practical, hands-on knowledge of construction and rural property that benefits both buyers and sellers. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University in the fall of 1996 and started my own farming business in the spring of 1997, serving local farmers and dairies by growing wheat, corn, sorghum, and coastal hay. I later expanded my business in West Texas harvesting cotton for several years. I continue working with feedyards, dairies and local hay producers harvesting crops for silage and providing custom swathing and hay baling. Driven by a lifelong passion for land and construction, I began my real estate career in 2008 and have earned multi-million-dollar producer recognition multiple years.

I have lived in Stephenville since 1993 and have deep ties to the community. My wife, Angela Withers, has served Stephenville ISD for over 25 years, and together we raised our three children here. Whether buying or selling residential, commercial, land, or ranch property, I am committed to providing knowledgeable guidance and dependable service throughout every transaction. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy fishing, hunting, golfing, and working on farm equipment.
