Ricky has been in the real estate business for twelve years. As a lifetime resident of Stephenville, he is definitely the one to go to for any real estate needs in Erath County and surrounding counties. He has been a multi-million dollar agent every year and has been elected by the people of Erath county as the top Real Estate agent three times. Being an avid hunter, who loves to spend time in the woods, and a livestock producer, gives him the knowledge that he needs to help his clients find that perfect ranch, pasture land, hunting property or farm.

 

Ricky and his wife Sandra have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. The importance of family and serving his community have always rated high on Ricky's top priorities in life. Years ago, he started the live stock show program at the Foster's Home for children and continues to mentor, help purchase, and work with the kids so that they can exhibit their livestock at county and major shows. Each year, he helps to sponsor a hunting trip to Fredricksburg for some of the children. He has been a 4-H leader and recently received the Lions Club Volunteer Award. Ricky is known for his integrity, honesty and dedication to his clients. It is important to him that his clients feel welcomed and trust that he is doing the best he can to meet their needs. It is not unusual to find him assisting his clients even after closing on their property. He has established life long friendships with many of them and has had many referrals from past clients.
