Originally from Comanche County, Rose Lopez has built her life around serving her community with integrity, dedication, and heart. Now living in Desdemona, TX with her husband, Thelbert Millsap, Rose brings a lifetime of public service and a passion for helping others to her real estate career.

With a strong background in law enforcement, Rose began her career serving Comanche County in 1992 and went on to achieve remarkable milestones, including serving as a Crisis Negotiator and providing protective detail to the Texas Governor.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Rose also served as a recruiting instructor and counselor for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Her commitment to excellence, negotiation skills, and unwavering integrity now define the exceptional service she offers her real estate clients.

Rose’s journey into real estate was inspired by her personal experience flipping and selling homes alongside her husband. What began as a hobby turned into a true passion, leading her to pursue a second career where she could continue helping people — this time with one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.

Rose is deeply involved in her local community, participating in events through her church and the Desdemona Community Activity Center. She believes that strong roots and strong relationships make all the difference, both in life and in real estate.
