Sam Byrd is a lifelong Erath County native with deep roots in Stephenville. A valedictorian and Tarleton State business graduate, he spent more than 20 years at Texstar Ford, starting in the parts department and working his way through nearly every role. He eventually became Parts & Service Director and earned national recognition from Ford Motor Company for outstanding customer care—a role that sharpened his leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

In 2019, Sam brought that same integrity, work ethic, and people-first mindset to real estate. Today he focuses on helping buyers and sellers across Stephenville and the surrounding area move with confidence, combining straight-forward guidance with a calm, steady presence at every step. When he’s not working for his clients, you’ll find him with his wife, Krissey, and their two daughters, Kinley and Emma, serving in their church, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors—often in a deer blind or by a pond.
